Emiliano Jöcker, Senior Consultant Jöcker has a business background that encompasses areas of retail business management, consumer service business operations, insurance law, franchising, and more. As a research consultant for iFranchise Group, he conducted primary and secondary research and prepared reports for franchisor clients. A native Spanish speaker, Jöcker also works with iFranchise Group’s Spanish-speaking prospects and clients. As a franchise analyst, he provides franchise feasibility assessments for prospective and existing franchisors throughout North and South America. His franchising industry experience includes almost seven years with a multi-national home improvement company, where he was responsible for branch start up, ongoing operations, and profitability, plus staff hiring and training, customer service, project and inventory management, and more. He successfully launched an award- winning regional hub operation in the Midwest and took it to profitability within two years. From there, he trained Branch Managers and sales and installation staff from across the region as additional corporate locations were opened. He also owned a franchise location of the same system in the Southwestern U.S., and completed his tenure with the company managing a corporate-owned branch that completed residential, commercial, and government projects across the entire state of Texas.
